Packages conditions
Full packages include:
Wedding planning fee.
Planning & execution of three events during weeding week including: rehearsal dinner or welcome cocktail / wedding day / day after breakfast / brunch.
Extra events have a fee of USD$ 500.00 (each).
As many hours as the events require (set up, event, closure).
Travel assistance to all guests coming from abroad with our sister company Sparks Travel & GT Flights.
Full package includes: One / two wedding planners for welcome event or day after breakfast / brunch + two / three wedding planners & 1 captain (from the catering company) for wedding day.
Elopement package includes:
Wedding planning fee.
Planning & execution of wedding day.
As many hours as the events require (set up, event, closure).
Travel assistance for the couple with our sister company Sparks Travel.
One wedding planner for wedding day.
Wedding location:
Our prices apply to weddings taking place in Guatemala City or Antigua Guatemala.
If the wedding is held in Lake Atitlan an additional American USD$ 500.00 will be added to final quote and the team will visit the venue once before the wedding.
If wedding is held in Petén airplane tickets will be added to quote for wedding planners, both visit pre-wedding visit to Guatemala.
FOR ELOPEMENT - No extra fee will be charged if the wedding is held in Lake Atitlan.
Terms & Conditions
Due to the quality of our services and our commitment to all of our weddings / events; our prices remain the same even if some services or events are not required.
Accommodations for wedding planners in any city in Guatemala:
A charge for accommodations will be added to our fees as follows:
Antigua Guatemala: American USD$ 900.00 total
Lake Atitlan: American USD$ 1,200.00 total (to be added to final quote)
Pre wedding trip to Guatemala:
This is a requirement for our services.

USD$ 350.00 service charge will be added to the quote (including preparing of your agenda for the trip, travel assistance and our fess for this visit)
Lake Atitlan
USD$ 375.00 service charge will be added to the quote (including preparing of your agenda for the trip, travel assistance and our fess for this visit)
