We are thrilled to share today the beautiful wedding of Kareen & Daniel that took place in Antigua Guatemala at Capuchinas Ruins.

Our very last wedding of 2,020 before the complete lockdown of Guatemala due to COVID-19.

This destination wedding was truly amazing and magical both Kareen & Daniel wanted something small and intimate only with their closest family members and friends. They finally tied the knot at the magical & mystical ruins of Capuchinas located in Antigua Guatemala.

Kareen was born and raised in Guatemala but moved to Florida at the age of five.  Growing up, she spent a lot of time visiting her family in Guatemala and developed a strong bond with her native country.  It was amazing the way she was proud of her roots and wanted to share her passion for Guatemala with Daniel and their guest from all over the world.  Daniel on the other hand was born and raised in Miami and was thrilled with the idea of getting married in Guatemala since our initial call back in 2,017.

Planning and executing this wedding was challenging yet at the same time amazingly fulfilling; we adored everything but most importantly, we adored working with the team behind the scenes. From the stationary made specially for them by Minted, the amazing design & decorations by Guatemalan star, Paulo Ramírez from Decor & Planning to the pictures taken by the talented Miami based Ramses García.

The couple chose a Guatemalan romantic style divided in 2 different events: ceremony and cocktail & reception. The ceremony hour was adorned with bright Guatemalan colors while both cocktail and reception were adorned with lush floral arrangements and pampas creating the perfect setting!

The bride was looking GORGEOUS in her delicate wedding gown by California girl Hayley Paige & shoes by Manolo Blahnik.  Just stunning!
